Cons

Pays on the low side. Long work hours without adequate compensation. Team based with multiple team leaders lacking any people management skills.

Phenomenal working environment which fosters individual growth while encouraging team development and success. Without a doubt, the most impressive place of employment in the Cookeville area. Compensation increases with performance and experience!!

Cons

This is not the place for everyone. Predominantly self motivated, goal driven, professionally minded individuals tend to flourish. If you require a lot of “external” motivation or are not a naturally self motivated this might not be the place for you. There can be a high level of hours required at times.
