Location, innovative, clean, driven, and profitable

Cons

Supervisory communication and management expectations did not line up for a successful new hire. ATC operates on a Team Business model, perhaps I was just on a bad team, with a bad combination of supervision and management. I was setup to fail.

Pros

Great diversity in design projects and very knowledgeable group of employees to learn with! Family work environment where you work with people that you see out in the community. ATC is the best place for an engineer to work in the Cookeville, TN area!

Cons

Flat organization with limited growth once you top out in design. A 50-60 hour week is the norm and is expected.
