Great Overall But Could Be Better

Pros

Nice office, CEO and senior leadership team are very approachable. Excellent IT department and facilities management.

Cons

Salary is mediocre but this is Wisconsin. However, if ATC wants to attract and retain talent especially from out of state, they need to pay more base salary. Performance management system is ridiculous.
