Company has the benefit of focusing on transmission system maint and development and it shows. Cares about their employees development. Very collaborative environment.

Cons

Very collaborative environment with a lot of processes; impactful or meaningful changes take a long time. Feels jarring with some changes for business needs that seem to be shorter notice.
