      Pros

      401k match and pension are a nice combination.

      Cons

      People say one thing and then do another. Most employees act as if they want to do what is needed to improve, but then constantly neglected making improvements. Employees spend more time in meetings then actually accomplishing anything.

      Clicky company. If your not in the click at ATC you'll be doing a job not leading to a CAREER.

      Pros

      Profit Sharing is the only PRO.

      Cons

      Country club like atmosphere. Friends/neighbors promote each other. If you don't have an Engineering or Law degree your are in a dead end job. Other Departments sabotage your vendor negotiations present & future. If you dont have an Engineering Degree. You are not an expert.
