      Pros

      ATC cares a ton about its employees. They treat us well and give us the straight truth about things, even when that is tough. They also bend over backwards to do right by the environment and the local communities. Any company that's building infrastructure is going to cause some hurt feelings, but the company takes them seriously and works very hard to build good, lasting relationships with all stakeholders.

      Cons

      Utilities tend to be stagnant and not dynamic. Engineering heavy. Slow and deliberate about everything.

      Pros

      The culture at ATC is exactly what a value. People treat each other well, and the leaders care about employees as individuals with lives outside of work. It’s a welcoming place to be, has competitive salaries, 401k and pension, medical, dental, paid sick/personal time as well as vacation days. Nice offices with workout facilities and outdoor walking paths.

      Lots of levels of leadership can be cumbersome
