Good work/life balance, good benefits, pleasant work environment, no clock watchers, no micromanagers!

Cons

Company needs quick and effective restructuring. Previous lenient practices have created undue sense of entitlement in some workers. Lack of accountability and low work performance in some workers have company-wide effects. Communication at all levels needs to be improved.
