The culture at Athena can be really great at times.

Cons

Employees and Higher ups could use some better managment skills and training as far as how to retain employees and keep the culture "suave"

Pros

Flexible hours. Daily meetings to go over goals and a place to discuss struggles and receive feedback from peers. A lot of work to be done so always busy

Cons

Lack of communication from superiors Not enough incentive to get work done; care for employees in office and on contract is near non-existent Owner only values bottom line
