      Great people and pay is "ok". Technology stack is ok.

      Cons

      Clueless executive team breaking their hands patting each other on the back, self-congratulating on completely manufactured wins. They nurture destructive behaviors such as bullying, backstabbing and reward ambivalence and indecision.

      They're trying

      New CEO and management have really turned the place around Amazing corporate culture. Best of both the old and new Great benefits. Hybrid/remote work environment, unlimited vacation
