It was a great place to work, the work is okay but the people were great.

Pros

The people were great to work with, the management is fairly flexible with work schedules and good benefits. The office itself has been renovated over the years and is located near Herndon, VA. The technology in use is fairly up to date. Career opportunities are available.

Cons

The salaries are fairly low. I believe the management team should be doing more to increase the salaries of the employees. A lot the management has been there forever and will not change their thinking.

New CEO seems to be kicking butt and taking names Pay equity and diversity are finally being addressed Great industry, airlines and distribution channels are a joy to work with Culture is nice, maybe too nice. New CEO is bringing issues like leadership skills out into the open.

Cons

Still two cultures at the company, the old "ATPCO", and the new "Routehappy". Both cultures had major issues, which went unaddressed for years until new management showed up. Industry is still in recovery. Many of our "customers" are not in a position to invest yet in the new products we have been developing.
