As I noted above - there appears to be a misconception of our team's work as we understand the voice of the company. My name is Beth Taylor, and I am your new Director of Marketing & Communications. Four months ago I was hired into ATPCO to build the marketing department and brand strategy, but also help build a culture that is more actively empowering leaders at all levels and in all specialties within the organization. My team is taking a fresh look at how we engage with ALL of ATPCO and the stakeholders across our ecosystem - internal employees and external customers. I have openly encouraged staff at all levels to give us the good, the bad, and specific areas where we can improve as the company transforms under a new CEO. My comments have never been targeted at providing false reviews, or providing dishonesty in your employee experience.
