Pros

There are so few pros, salary was okay and benefits. Had some wonderful, kind and helpful colleagues and made some great friends.

Cons

How anyone can write that this is a gem of a workplace is beyond me and it is obviously a fake review and I am not surprised, it is the sort of thing I would expect from this dysfunctional management. Every form of creativity and engagement dies at this workplace. You feel marginalized and your experience does not matter, you waste your time trying to figure out why they hired you when it is obvious that the have no interest in anything you contribute.

Thank you for posting your feedback. I want to personally reach out to you to clear up what appears to be a misperception - my name is Beth Taylor, and I am ATPCO's new Director of Marketing & Communications. Four months ago I was hired in to build the marketing department and brand strategy, but also help build a culture that is more actively empowering leaders at all levels and in all specialties within the organization. My team is taking a fresh look at how we engage with ALL of ATPCO and the stakeholders across our ecosystem - internal employees and external customers. I have openly encouraged staff at all levels to give us the good, the bad, and specific areas where we can improve as the company transforms under a new CEO. My comments have never been targeted at providing false reviews, or providing dishonesty in your employee experience. Glassdoor is just one tool we hope to use over time to inform our decision making process. I have personally sat with our new CEO and heard his vision for a flatter, more collaborative, agile, and innovation-first environment – and, I would argue it's critical that the employees who feel creativity and engagement are lacking should be the ones actively participating in driving these changes. Your profile mentions you recently left the company, nevertheless I invite you to reach out to me privately at BTaylor@atpco.net with your constructive ideas to support our evolving corporate culture. It's my goal that everyone is heard in this period of transformation…and I look forward to continuing the conversation with you. My door is always open. Cheers, Beth

As I noted above - there appears to be a misconception of our team's work as we understand the voice of the company. My name is Beth Taylor, and I am your new Director of Marketing & Communications. Four months ago I was hired into ATPCO to build the marketing department and brand strategy, but also help build a culture that is more actively empowering leaders at all levels and in all specialties within the organization. My team is taking a fresh look at how we engage with ALL of ATPCO and the stakeholders across our ecosystem - internal employees and external customers. Glassdoor is just one tool we hope to use over time to inform our decision making process. I have personally sat with our new CEO and heard his vision for a flatter, more collaborative, agile, and innovation-first environment – so the empowerment you are looking for is coming - and in fact I would argue it's critical that you actively participate in driving this culture locally within your team. Your profile mentions you are a current employee of ATPCO, I invite you to reach out to me privately and become a leader in driving constructive ideas that supports our evolving corporate culture. It's my goal that everyone is heard in this period of transformation…and I look forward to continuing the conversation with you. My door is always open - please engage to drive positive change.
