      Stable company, decent pay, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Old technology stack, people not wanting to share domain information, lack of professional conduct in some teams, groupism and politics are rampant.

      Operations team need a direction

      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Generous PTO and unlimited sick roll-over. Great benefits overall. Product Development teams are very knowledgeable and very technical.

      Cons

      Outdated technical implementations in Operations. It gets too political with some seasoned veterans. Friction between managers in different departments.

      Pros

      As a new hire, I’ve been blown away by the experience at ATPCO. This organization has the solid reputation and authority of being in the industry for 50+ years, but also the agility and enthusiasm of a startup. The energy of ATPCO employees is contagious. It’s a fun work environment, where new ideas are welcome; collaboration isn’t just a buzz word but a fundamental value of all; and there is room to take risks and break away from the way things have always been done.

      Cons

      Although meetings tend to dominate most days, they are usually productive, on-point and cross-functional to move forward in a process or initiative.
