Highly focused on cyber security consulting services for a wide range of customers. All the employees I've worked with are dynamic problem solvers and passionate about what they do. It's a great collaborative environment.

Pros

Takes care of their employees and company is full of dedicated and hard-working professionals. Grows their business smartly, and the team works hard to strengthen their core competencies. Benefits package keeps up, even in these times of ever-increasing health care costs. Resources are readily available for professional development (e.g., certifications). Was given a high level of autonomy to do my job, yet was supported by project manager when needed. Excellent “front office” staff over at HQ. Engaging and personable senior leadership team.

Cons

Sometimes was challenging to introduce new competencies due to available business development opportunities. Not really a negative here, just constraints and realities for this industry.
