Pros

Owners that care, great salary and benefits, awesome team, and the best Supervisory I have ever worked for.

Cons

Position was located on the Norfolk Naval Base which was a bit far from my home. Other than that, there were no Cons.

I felt that the company went above and beyond from what they had to do when funding was lost. The company kept us on longer than most would. Very unheard of in this day and age.
