Pros
Coming from the perspective of an employee that works offsite: - Great support staff at HQ in Scripps, especially HR, they were amazing and answered any/all of my questions/concerns whenever I had them. - Saw CEO at least 1x per month at the customer site. He seemed very engaged and genuinely concerned with our well being. That was pretty cool! - GREAT benefits! Great 401k match, profit-share, med/dental benefits, pay etc! - Anything related to pay was handled with utmost importance . Travel reimbursements, pay and cell phone reimbursement checks were all on-time or early!
Cons
- Nothing much. Few quirks here and there like every job but overall a GREAT place to work. Wouldn't hesitate to go back (if they'd have me ;) if current job didn't work out.
