Pros

Manager’s and staff were amazing to work with. AUSGAR staff go out of their way to ensure on-site employees are not forgotten about. The benefits are great, especially PTO and education/certification allotment.

Cons

The five year +/- government contracting culture means leaving a great company.

Competitive Pay Great Benefits Location Culture Management Everything about AUSGAR was a pro during my time with the company.

Cons

Defense Company... that being said, jobs depend on receiving and being awarded contracts. However, all jobs depend on having a customer or client.
