A lot of company politics and idle gossip. Makes it difficult to prove skills and ability to climb the ranks.

Cons

Till now, largely dependent on single product. Winds of change are going through the organization. The changes may affect the organization and the people within. Once the organization goes through the tumultuous period, it may emerge as a strong player!
