- Work-life balance is nice - Payment is not too bad either

Cons

- Untransparent and secretive work relationships that even your manager is not aware of - High office politics and the secret agenda of different departments - The future is always blurry since there is no proper long-term strategy

- Everyone is nice and friendly for the most part and snacks and amenities

Cons

Not sure if this is team-specific or not, but there’s no onboarding training, feeling like I’m set up for failure based on the amount of work and deadlines assigned to me since the start of my career, new grad program is still under development and doesn’t actually bring value to me. Work life balance is not great either. Chances of promotion and raise is low..

Pros

Great people and working environment, nice offices, work is varied and challenging, in a good way! Broad and varied benefits package which covers things like coaching and therapy, Good focuses on wellness and inclusion, lots of added extras to support balance and flexibility such as summer days and emergency leave. Always looking to improve things where they can.

Cons

Nothing significant -similar to most companies, we'd do better to break the siloes but efforts are in place to do this.
