Great Place to Work - Pros outweigh the Cons

Pros

More stable than other tech sectors, great benefits, freedom to try different roles in the same company

Cons

Salary not as high as it would be at a Microsoft or Google type of tech company, slow to start new initiatives, lots of senior leaders have been there for 20+ years so upward growth may be limited past the Managerial level

Pros

Supportive colleagues and team leads, open feedback culture, lots of opportunities to learn and grow in tech, solid onboarding, and flexible working hours. I especially appreciated the focus on Linux and technical upskilling.

Cons

Some internal processes were too complex or slow-moving. Cross-department communication could occasionally be a bottleneck when resolving customer issues quickly.
