      Great learning experience and an inspiring team

      Pros

      Supportive colleagues and team leads, open feedback culture, lots of opportunities to learn and grow in tech, solid onboarding, and flexible working hours. I especially appreciated the focus on Linux and technical upskilling.

      Cons

      Some internal processes were too complex or slow-moving. Cross-department communication could occasionally be a bottleneck when resolving customer issues quickly.

      Organizational Changes and Covid

      Good pay Product maturity, but innovation was behind from that of competitors in certain areas

      Cons

      In US, organizationally speaking there were challenges which disrupted sales efforts/focus.

      Some bad eggs in leadership team

      Pros

      Products are decent. We have a wide range of products to sell, some are best of breed products. Presales are generally great people to work with. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of long term GTM strategy. Too many changes without a clear vision. Looming layoffs. Lack of leadership. All the company cares about is numbers and will harass its salespeople to the ends of the world. Some leaders are toxic but understandably under a lot of pressure from higher ups. Lack of career progression. Does this company have any strategy team? There seems to be an organisational issue at large when the working level are generally cynical. Lack of psychological safety in this company.
