Exceptional benefit offering. Highly competitive salary. Personable exec team.

Cons

Regional siloes. Unnecessarily deep hierarchy. Backwards location strategy - only 2 hub offices in the UK (London & Cambridge). They are also no longer offering remote roles meaning that they're cutting off access to talent in the rest of the UK.

Good place to work for work life balance. So many products and hence so many opportunities. No micro monitoring.. Managers are good and motivate the employees..

Nothing much to mention. Too many management and process and tools changes
