I find AVEVA an exciting and positive place to work, with fantastic people and a nice culture. It feels that they genuinely care about their employees and I am able to maintain a healthy work-life balance whilst also having a fulfilling and growing career.

None that I can think of.

Politics. So if you are good at it then you will win the race.

Cons

Micromanaging. Too many managers, coordinators, advisors, and very few people to do actual work. Initiatives are not encouraged by management.
