      Good culture; Poor management

      Pros

      The overall goal is caring about their employees; intentions are good but managers do not always do what the Executive Leadership would like them to do. In general there is a good culture.

      Cons

      Some of the managers don't support employees as they should. There is some favoritism amount departments. Performance Evaluations are not always fair and just.

      Good pay, no micromanagement, family vs work balance

      Cons

      Only as important as your biggest sell. Very disorganized from the top down. No decisions or direction given until last min then its a rat race. Talk about diversity and inclusion but no actual proof

      Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback to management. Discrimination and harassment have no place in AVEVA. We have the Speak Up Policy to give people an avenue to report things such as racist behavior, and so please do report via this. AVEVA is making progress in DEI e.g. through the work of the Employee Resource Groups, the work of teams around the world, the new mandatory (for all staff) training and training for recruiting managers. We acknowledge that there is a lot more work to do – please get involved.

Before you left, I hope you had the opportunity to speak with HR/your HRBP about the issues you were facing. We always want to be able to tackle challenges before they develop into larger issues.
