      Pros

      Interesting software with less stress work environment and good employees.

      Cons

      Not competitive salaries and a strong contributor to welfare inequality. Large bonuses, raises, and stock options are only given to the top employees, while most employees get pennies in comparison.

      Great products, great R&D teams and great people for the most part

      Cons

      Company direction is confusing with frequent changes and little transparency. It's getting better under Caspar and new ELT members and structure. Sales and customer success organizational churn is making business for customers a pain. Marketing leadership is non-existent. General feeling is sales, customer success and marketing organizations are breaking down. Missing the OSIsoft days :(

      Work life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Underpaid, no career path. I was never promoted or saw anyone who is not management level got prompted. Only my manager got promoted many times
