      Terrible Department

      The team next to my department was great.

      Cons

      Overall a good company. The department I was in (Pricing Mgmt) was terrible, please never work on that team. The boss ignored me for a year and then suddenly told me I was terrible, gave me a month to get to 100% accuracy and then fired me. I have never been let go before. I got no severance, they wouldn't even pay me for a full week. I was treated differently, it was a terrible experience for me, I worked hard and always tried my best. They do not do exit interviews, I did email HR and the head of the department and was ignored.

      The company does support fully-remote work for some jobs.

      Cons

      The benefits are awful. The 401k match is a joke, parental leave is only 2 weeks paid, the healthcare plans are absurdly expensive. I wish I had looked into the benefits around childbirth before joining the company. I would never suggest a younger woman, who plans to have a child, join this company. They often boast they have the best benefits in the industry, but a quick look at other companies will show that's obviously not true. They want to act like a big company, but don't pay the salaries or offer the benefits of a big company.
