Thank you for your comments about your experience at AVI-SPL during your brief time with us. We’re glad that you found the application and onboarding experience easy. We are trying to eliminate any barriers or distractions that prevent us welcoming the best talent in the industry. We would disagree that we don’t have an environment that allows promotion/growth. On the contrary, it is one of the things that our employees brag the most about – excellent access to development opportunities to prepare folks for the next stage in their career. While the AV industry is predominantly male historically, we aspire to be on the leading edge of changing that and are currently undergoing a major diversity and inclusion review to determine how best we can move the needle to be a more diverse and inclusive organization. Thank you for sharing your experience with AVISPL. We are glad that your experiences with your fellow team members and access to educational opportunities were positive ones. We know that those are two key components of the best workplaces and we continue to find ways to provide those. We regret that you left feeling that your compensation didn’t align with your contribution. As the largest integrator in the industry, we do strive to find ways to remain competitive in the marketplace around compensation. However compensation involves many variables beyond just whether the company “makes money or not” and we try to balance all those variables to create an exceptional employee experience in many areas including pay.
