      Pros

      Senior management is strong and is united in the pursuit of well defined goals. The people are terrific - friendly, helpful, motivated. This is a competitive business but the company is very well positioned to compete. Not a lot of politics at the field level. I've seen a lot of people promoted from within.

      Cons

      Still figuring out some of the processes at the field level, which can lead to occasional delays in support and errors in execution. I understand there are programs in place to rectify this.
