Credit Approval Process- Finance doesn't look at the total picture when recommending credit lines, disregards references. Hamstrings the Account Managers ability to secure the business and as a consequence the client goes somewhere else. There is more to establishing credit than just numbers, there is the Human aspect as well and that seems to be lost in these decisions.
