      There is a positive attitude from a lot of the employees and our upper management teams are accessible and care about their employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is too difficult to get a hold of specific people and you cannot find a phone number, etc. to call on the hub. There are too many steps to get a service contract quote and too many people involved in the process.
