      Pros

      When I was in the hiring/interviewing process for AVI-SPL, there was a lot of positive comments about the company and the culture i.e. leadership. I had heard it plenty of times before from other companies, who never live up to their messages of great company culture, so I took it all in with a grain of salt! But I have been pleasantly surprise that the culture at AVI-SPL has proven to be healthy and positive. A company’s culture is and comes from the leadership, so I am confident that AVI-SPL has good leadership!

      Cons

      The company has plenty of room to improve in its employee benefits. One of the challenging areas that I have faced, is when hiring or trying to hire good talent, explaining to them the delay in health benefit coverage from when they start with the company. It throws up an unnecessary red flag! Hopefully this will be addressed in the near term.
