      Pros

      Very friendly at first. Plenty of work. Training was good when available. Clients ok.

      Cons

      Low pay. Too many subs. Cut benefits. Small niche that share drugs. Everyone else is dirt. Broken promises. Lots of blaming techs for bad project management.

      Pros

      Largest resources in the industry. Financially solid. They spend a great deal of resources in recognition of sales people. Vast availability of products and excellent buying power.

      Cons

      Very corporate. Difficult to make a difference. Corporate in Tampa may have made visits to the field office, but the interaction was very limited. It was more telling and less interacting with discussion. While they had good procedures for the most part, there wasn't a real system to make improvements. Not enough ways to share information from various offices. Things like a company blog site or forum were ruled out, hence no real social networking.

      What they tell you during the interview process is not true

      Pros

      A 6 month ramp up with a commission guarantee and no pressure from the manager.

      Cons

      You will build your funnel of business and then be fired for not meeting unrealistic production goals in six months with a two year sales process. The company knows this and brings in green employees, fires them, and then provides the leads you generated to the senior staff.
