      Pros

      The company is pro training, they start you right off the bat and it is good to see investment in it's employees. The regional management seems very interested in supporting it's employees and moving on from some of the bad that other people have discussed in their reviews

      Cons

      Benefits could be a bit better... I mis-read the employee handbook and the PTO is lower than I thought when I joined.

      Interesting job with a leading industry company. A lot of tools to continue education and achieve new certifications. Constant learning and growing. Better then average benefits package.

      Cons

      Little vacation time. Job could be stressful at times, probably more then other project management positions.
