      Pros

      Work environment is very open. The option to work from home when needed is granted.

      Cons

      Very poor support in Operations. Management is paid handsomely while operations make barely enough to survive. They've lost a lot of great people in the past 15 months, something needs to change. Current management points the finger at the people who have resigned when in fact the problem sits behind the doors that are always shut.

      Pros

      Excellent team with exceptional resources and company education. In most cases, management and upper level regional managers will support you as best as they can.

      Cons

      For some positions, particularly sales related roles, they struggle with how best to cultivate new and younger talent. Outbound marketing was also lacking as it seemed that many industries which required AVI-SPLs services didn't know who they were, which was odd given the market share

      Benefit package could be stronger. Vacation time could be better.
