      Pros

      The training portal is top notch and they're great for upskilling their technicians, however the technicians have to self-train. The management is receptive to communication, understands that clients and account managers are a bridge, not a punching bag.

      Cons

      Career Progression is very slow. Accolades, Certifications, Licenses, and learning credits do not equate to any additional pay. If you work on a contract, you're not subject to any guarantee for quality of life adjustments.

      Pros

      - you will get your hands on a lot of AV gear - your coworkers are a wealth of resource in terms of knowledge - the client was generally easy to work with - management will protect you (as long as you document everything and alert them of any mishaps)

      Cons

      - there's OT. you can elect not to pick it up but eventually, you will have to pitch in - you will be asked to do things outside your scope of work (and you're gonna have to do them) - I was severely underpaid
