      Hybrid is the only pros

      Cons

      company is very unprofessional on many level especially management. In addition, the company seems very disorganized and super micro managed and you will receive zero training prior to starting. Leaving you very confused and feeling overwhelmed. This company is supposed to be a global leader in this industry and to be honest, the onboarding process felt very sloppy and no training. I have received lengthy and extensive training from much smaller companies, ensuring you are comfortable and feeling confident prior to handling work. Employees do not matter, client and money comes first.

      Decent pay, benefits, room for advancement, fleet card for gas/parking, company vehicles

      Cons

      Racism, sexism, antisemitism, homophobia, and transphobia from colleagues seems to go unchallenged despite there being company-wide policies to the contrary and glib posters that claim a diverse and inclusive workplace on the walls. Disorganized project management. High turnover with few exceptions.

      Cons

      Poor business platform that didn't flow throughout the company. Had this been operating fully, it would have avoided other lengthy manual processes having to be used.
