      Pros

      Great Training Opportunities, Autonomy to get on and do your job, flexibility in working in terms of hours and location. Great team all round from Executive Level down. The Cross-pound interaction between employees and willingness to share knowledge and help and assist one another is second to none I have encountered in my career and is only assisting in serving its customers to a high level.

      Pros

      AVI-SPL through its leadership and employees has created a corporate culture which allows you to really feel like you are part of a team with shared goals and ambitions. They not only care about what you contribute to the greater company goals but also how you are as a person. AVI-SPL has gone out of their way to make sure that all employees have access to superb personal and professional support structures. In my role as an account manager, I feel like I matter and that my contribution is not only noticed but appreciated. I feel empowered and encouraged to excel.

      Cons

      I don't feel that there are any cons to work here as any concerns that I have expressed I have felt comfortable and encouraged to share with those who could assist me. They listened to what I had to say and worked with myself to overcome any challenges I faced.
