AVI-SPL reviews

Management seems to be very secretive about upcoming changes. Employees often feel when things are going to be happening but are left in the dark. Process changes are never communicated to effected employees. We often have to ask what is going on before we told "oh this or that was changed" so we find ourselves being caught off guard with new processes or changes to systems.

Poor review practices, have to earn sick days, micro management from head office, raises/advancement don't seem to be tied to performance
