      Pros

      Company was at the forefront on interactive technology integration at the educational level. Offices in every major city in Eastern Canada

      Cons

      Policies were not consistent across the different offices which lead to communication issues. Training support was not available in each office so one region had to manage all paperwork and on site problems.

      Pros

      Some good people, some really really good people with some really good ideas. Generally an OK place to work - theres definitely worse On the whole Pay/Compensation is OK

      Cons

      While there are good people, any opportunity for them to influence is often limited, good ideas get lost in the noise of many individual agendas and egos that are appearing to drive the strategy and direction....not always at senior level but at mid management level to. A lot of loud voices and big egos railroading their personal agenda. No single coherent medium/long term strategy, at least nothing that is filtering down to the grunts on the front line.
