      Pros

      Great Team, knowledgeable people. Most of the long time employees are very dedicated to their jobs and care about the branch.

      Cons

      Small branch with small growth opportunity, unless working for the headquarters. HR is great, and IT is based out of Miami, apart from that, the response time is good. They need to have a centralized system, as it is very hard to manage information on different platforms.
