      Big company with a small company setting. So along as you follow up things will get done.

      Management keeps you in the dark 90% of the time.

      Great if you're in sales

      Pros

      They love their sales folks. Very customer focused. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Their pay rates are crap. Benefits are mediocre and healthcare is expensive. Also, they charge you more if you make more than $45k, which is too low a threshold. Very few of their promotional announcements involve anyone except old men. Hard to believe they have no women their that deserve executive and high level management positions.
