      Good company to start out with because of access to free learning tools and big company means lots of clients and frequent work. Good people to work with

      Not enough growth opportunities Pay is low unless you get higher offers from competitors to use as leverage for raises.

      As a team we focused on continuous improvement in a collaborative team atmosphere. The senior executive team are focused on delivering a rewarding work environment and care for the employees well-being and success. There is plenty of opportunity to be promoted from within the organization.

      I would have liked more input on grass roots up budgeting.
