Very organized proposal development processes, excellent system with accurate pricing and vendor info, customer details and documentation. Available training and lunch and learns to keep current on technology Separate groups for pre-sales, and project engineering responsibilities with good interaction. Great pool of knowledgeable engineers in other branch office to share ideas and designs with

      Less than helpful management, constant personnel changes, 3 general manager changes in 5 years, unrealistic sales manager goals, untrained sales staff, 50% + rookies being driven hard to produce with little feedback for details
