Pros
Small team, great team, great boss, great director. You are not micro-managed, you are an adult and work at your pace. Being salary you schedule a normal work day but as you work over 40 hours, you can make up the hours with comp. time. Biggest benefit is working from home, no commute, save so much time, money from gas, wear/tear on the car or lack there of now. Abundant training opportunity.
Cons
Lack of communication from Project Managers. I rarely get heads-up on a project. I found out something is needed now.
