      Pros

      They are the largest AV company globally so that is a nice thing to say you work for the largest AV company in the world. Most of the people I work with are really great. AVI-SPL puts emphasis on safety and inclusion of all people.

      Cons

      Benefits have constantly lowered in value over the years. I don't think they are competitive to the salaries of equal positions in the local market.

      The people at the company are real nice and are always willing to help.

      Cons

      The management is not the best. There isnt communication between sales and other departments which causes issues later on in the project.

      Pros

      I work with the most interesting equipment and systems. I have learned much working here, and am surrounded by very smart people. Overall, I think that AVI-SPL is a solid company with vast potential for growth.

      Cons

      PTO and some of the other benefits could be a little better.
