      Pros

      Accessible and personable executive and senior leadership team. Culture of teamwork and mutual respect. Flexible work environments available (i.e. working remotely). Significant improvements have been made in professional development and identifying career growth plans.

      Cons

      Improvement needed for 401k match and family leave (no current maternity or paternity leave benefit). Would like to see more gender equality and diversity in senior leadership team. Limited recognized paid holidays.

      Pros

      Decent health care coverage, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from day to day needs/activities/duties of the teams. They show little to no appreciation and don't communicate very well at all. I would not recommend this company.

      Pros

      Enjoy working in the A/V business been in it for 38 years. Dealing with the Vendors and MFG's.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from Corporate to offices when procedures change or new ones have be adapted. I feel I'm the backbone of the office and is treated like a second class citizen. Quite frankly don't enjoy coming to work anymore.
