Pros

Love the people and developing working relationships other all over the country. There's always someone there to help or educate you. The potential is there for great success and longevity.

Cons

Lack of company wide communication and education of process and procedures. Nobody wants to take responsibility for a breakdown in process, so it remains broken until forced into a reactive situation due to escalations.

Pros

Salary was reasonable but don't let that be your decision driver.

Cons

High turnover, including upper management changes every two years due to poor performance. leadership is inept, no real understanding of the business model and applications. Finance department is run by inexperienced management unable to identify issues or recommend improvements. Results are delayed or incorrect could also be manipulated. Very competitive industry to be in with management that doesn't understand the business or is too new, inexperienced, not talented or capable of delivering results. Not able to retain or develop talent, stay away if you can. it may hurt your career working for this company.

Pros

Very good treatment from vendors and Tech Support. Looks good on your resume. Programmers, Project Managers and Engineers are Top Notch.

Cons

Understaffed, you are expected to work 60-70 hours per week. If you don't, you are not a "Team Player'. Technical levels of installers is REALLY low. Lots of broken promises, no bonuses, no raises, no promotions, no training. Don't even think about using your personal time off (PTO), there is no time for that! Sales, sales, sales, sales... all they care about is the numbers. Project Managers are expected to handle 20 projects at the same time and all what the engineers do fix projects after they have been sold.
