      Pros

      I went through the acquisition with whitlock to AVISPL. Whitlock was great. Working at AVISPL was another story.

      Cons

      Disconnected management. They weren't as collaborative as Whitlock or as kind. They easily let people go and they took the key accounts and gave them to other sales people once the "merger" happened. Very arrogant. Whitlock people got the short end of the stick after the consolidation of executives and offices.

      Pay would be the only thing that would keep anyone here

      Cons

      For being one of the largest AV companies in the world the internal technology is horrendous. Help from management is nonexistent, managers would rather be at lunch and chatting on their phones than help an employee out, no training, other account managers aren't willing to help you it's every man for themselves.

      Nothing at all. Overworked and underpaid.

      Cons

      Discouraging to work throughout the pandemic and not get any raises, continually told I was an integral part of the office but when I notified them I was leaving for another offer, not to even have a counter offer was a slap in the face. You beg for months to get what you want in this company and no action.
