      Company is very much into the growth of their employees and offer a lot of education.

      Cons

      For as big a company, their benefits really suck if you have a family.

      Pros

      Good training opportunities, late birthday cards a month after your birthday, fluffy new core values to replace vacant ones that did not impress investors. Lots of great coworkers that are highly skilled, and the camaraderie of your shared frustration of being ignored and over worked.

      Cons

      Terrible wage increases that do not even keep up with inflation, empty promises from leadership and upper management, poor implementation of internal technology, poor interdepartmental communication and processes to support clients.

      Global capability and reach. Extensive buying power, Some excellent Vendor relationships.

      Cons

      Unfocused Senior and Mid Management out of synch with the needs of both the employees and some customers.
