Ability to learn a wide range of duties & responsibilities in this industry

Cons

Under-trained, overworked, and constantly being thrown under the bus. There is no communication and no responsibility taken by upper management. They will treat you as disposable. We see the same people get promoted over and over again while other employees continuously get skipped for promotion because they do their job well but suck at brown nosing and rubbing elbows. Chances are you deserve better than yje way this company will treat you
