      Pros

      The area that I work has some good leadership, nice equipment, and some good co-workers. I will say that it seems like good ideas are listened to.

      Cons

      A smaller company means not the greatest benefits. Especially for families. Sales data entry system is outdated. The reality is that it is a smaller company than some of the companies that it competes against. This means there are some issues when comparing to those companies.

      Nice hotels with good food, usually good schedules, cool fellow employees

      Cons

      Bad upper management, terrible schedules (varying from almost no hours to 16 hour days, completely random and no ability to switch shifts).

      Your fellow employees are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't that good, pay is very low and Management (upper) has issues. Too many "Chiefs" and will not budge or try new things.
